Tania de Burnay

Tania is the driving force behind FWD’s administration, leading the admin team and, together with Natalie, ensuring that all operational and client-facing processes run seamlessly. As co-founder of FWD alongside her husband Jason, she has helped build the business and continues to play a pivotal role in its ongoing success. Her contributions extend far beyond compliance; she oversees every aspect of administration, from client onboarding to internal processes, ensuring the office operates efficiently and to the highest standard.

Tania leads the client onboarding process and manages an increasingly complex area of the business due to enhanced legislation requirements. Her structured, organised approach, combined with a personable and professional manner, guarantees a smooth and positive experience for every client.

In addition, Tania drives AML compliance training for the team and provides support across all operational areas, sharing her expertise to maintain excellence in key business functions.

Outside of work, Tania has a deep appreciation for the Suffolk countryside and a keen eye for standout architecture wherever she encounters it.
