Morgan joined FWD in March 2022, bringing experience from local firms Ensors and PEM, as well as a period working within the NHS. He is a full member of the AAT and is well-versed in Xero and other cloud-based platforms.
Morgan’s particular interest is in using financial data to understand performance, looking beneath the numbers to identify what’s driving changes or issues, and what it means for the business at a ground level. That analytical mindset makes him a strong fit for clients who want more than compliance.
Outside of work, Morgan follows Ipswich Town with a season ticket and has, on at least one occasion, played competitive darts in a sponsored capacity.
